Fay is a highly experienced high performance coach with a deep understanding of what it takes to compete at the top level, both in training and under pressure. As coach of the elite squad, having attended multiple British Championships and experienced international competitions firsthand, she brings a level of detail, structure, and insight that goes far beyond a standard training session. Whether gymnasts are looking to improve a specific skill, prepare for competition, or build confidence, sessions are tailored to support each individual’s development in a positive and high-standard environment.
